The Process
When you receive a writ of summon, a letter of demand, legal threat, potential claims or circumstances that may result in claims against your practice or medical services, you must notify MARSH immediately.
Acting quickly will enable you to get the required assistance and support to possibly resolve the claim/notifiable circumstance at an early stage.
As the scheme provider, MARSH will assist all relevant parties during the claims process to ensure a smooth claims experience for the Insured and the Insurer/Takaful Operator. The development of the notification will be monitored where necessary actions will be taken when a claim materialises.
 
 

Notify Claim / Circumstance
 

You must report any claims, potential claims, or circumstances that may give rise to claims via email to ensure a seamless claims process. You will be contacted by the claims manager who will process your notification.
